i had booked two tickets of movie dangal on 25/12/2016 from bookmyshow via freecharge.the amount was deducted from my bank account during payment it showed connection timeout freecharge says the transaction was succesfull from there end but bookmyshow says the transaction failed.

i requested a refund from them through they said it is under procedure ask me a time of 7-10 days its been lot more than that till now.
i have uploaded a proof of payment
please help me to get my payment back.
