Non-availability of GSRTC buses at Chhatral (Kadi)

I am regularly travelling from Paldi to Chhatral (Kadi) using passenger pass (Gurjar Nagari).
During evening time i.e. 4.0 PM onwards the GSRTC buses are not coming on Chattral bus stand & directly pass from over bridge which are going towards Ahmedabad. We all regularly travelling with pass & other passengers have to wait for at least 20-30 minutes down the bridge. Also very as few buses are coming down there is high rush & not able to get seat. We can see that buses are directly passes from the bridge.
Though having pass, we are unable to use services due to practices followed by GSRTC buses.
I sincerely request you to perform a surprise checking using your vigilance team.
Hope that the problem will be resolved within a week time to facilitate the passengers.
