Hello, We stayed at your hotel Leela to make our day special but I think whenever I will try to remember this day it will also add bad memories, I don't understand what to say, I have shared every detail with you, photos and videos and still you were unable to find..... This is my great loss, not only a monetary loss but my emotions were also attached to that chain .. can’t explain my state of mind. You guys are solely responsible for my loss and not happy with your investigation process. I was happy with your services but after this incident which had happened to me. I will not prefer this place further suggest anyone anymore I don't know whether I will be able to visit this property again because of this incident which will make my heart heavy... This is very unfortunate that in this luxurious hotel I lost my precious thing gold chain with diamond studied pandent and taking bad memories with me
