Garbage collection fee paid in 2019(1200 rupees) but they are denying it.

I am resident of brij vihar gzb uttar pradesh (201011) . The house & garbage bill has been paid by me in 2019.but the staff is telling me that they don't have any record of the garbage bill paid by me. But I had paid 1200 rupess in 2019 . & I the bill receipt of garbage bill is misplaced by me. Pls send them a order to find record of it. The staff of surya nagar nagar nigam had told me to pay it again. Pls look into the matter. & help me as soon as possible
