My Name is Sunil Patil. In month of Aug17 one call received from above mentioned co. for free Invest. advisory services and earn profit from stock market. And accordingly I have taken but I have lost some amt. Then I have denied services but again call recd from senior person of that co. and given trust to earn profit from stock market and take a service from there company.

For above mentioned lost recovery I have taken 25000 amt services. But again I have made lost and again one senior person called me and asked it you can take 150000 amt monthly service pack you can 100% gain in half month only. I have given money of Rs 150000 and taken the same service but at the time of Tips that person told me you have to take Super premium service of Rs. 410000 for HNI calls. If I will pay 410000 Rs. then after I can recover my all lost Money. Then I have again paid of Rs 260000 for services. Total I have paid for services amt Rs. 435000 (150000 + 260000 + 25000).

And I have received bills from them from 1st Oct17 to 02nd Jul18 instead of 3 months. They have prepared bills as per 50000 per month for 9 months.

Total I have paid amt of Rs. 435000 and then I have started service from 1st Oct17 but till 31st Oct17 I have made lost around 1.25 lac Rs. So, then on 1st Nov17 I have mailed to Company on Email ID " complainants.theequicom@gmail.com" and "complaints@theequicom.com" for Stopped my service and give Refund amount.

Then I have called many times to discuss this matter with The equicom senior persons and then they have suggested to me give some Tax amt then they can able to Refund amt of Rs. 435000 and again I have given 235000 taxes amt for my Refund. Till 3 months they are giving me trust and comfort for Refund amount. And Finally I have complaint to SEBI then they have made Refund amt of Rs. 235000 (Taken Tax amt) on 16-03-18.

But till date they have not refunded my Non -service amt from 1st Nov17 to 02-07-18. I have requested to them you can deduct one month service amt for Oct17 month. But from 1st Nov17 - I have not using any services and they have also confirmed on call there finance team is releasing refund amt shortly.

From Nov17 month I have done recording of our discussion. I have many call records where they have given confirmation of Refund amt. I am requesting to The Equicom Investment Advisers Pvt Ltd. My total paid amt for service of Rs. 435000 - 50000 (For Oct17 month I have used service and lost money) = 385000/- Balance amt for Non -service to be Refund to me.

Please take a complaint seriously to against The Equicom PVt Ltd. I have attached one call record for your reference.
