I, Palak Aggarwal had a haircut at Spec Beauty Parlour & Cosmetic situated at L-125, Gali No. 5, Rangpuri Road, Mahipalpur, New Delhi 37 on 27/04/2016.
The owner of the parlour and the attendant both were asked before the haircut whether they properly know how to do it. Both assured me.
However, the attendant had done the haircut incorrectly.
The haircut is wrong and bad. The look is not good.
