Why Reliance Digital Sells 4G SIM if they Can’t Activate ?

Dear Sir:

Its been 11 days and my Jio Sim is not activated yet. I have also register a complaint on 28 and again on 30th August but yet there is no response from your side. I have bought the sim from GandhiNagar Reliance Digital Store, Ghaziabad. My Jio Number is 70110 38843 My Application number is NO0000 0459C7 My Complaint number is SR000 0014I7R.

Please Activate my sim As soon as possible. It will be a great help for me.
