Sim activation problem, so to compensate from Reliance.

Hello,
A Sim Card was purchased from Reliance Jio app through ekyc process but the is not activated after 10 days while my friends Sim was activated within 2 days. So as was said to me that is not so. Therefore I want the solution of this problem. So please help me. My Sim N0. is 70876875XX.
