Reliance Jio Infocomm 4G LTE Tower Installation Problems

I am owner of site no 16 at sirsa. My site was selected for installation of 4 g solar mobile tower after necessary inspection by the engineers of the company. A agreement was also executed between me and reliance with agreed rent of rs.8500/- per month having construction period of three months. On 10 february persons of the company has started building work at my site. They demolish two side walls of my building upto enter level. They remove rcc from steel rods present in rcc. After this they told me that they are facing a technical problem and told me for change in drawing. From that day till to date no one come to my house. By building facing rain problem due to rain there is seepage of water from rcc in to rooms walls below rcc. I am already suffered a loss about 1 lac. Person in charge in the contract told me that due to delay in drawing they are unable to complete this job and he also assure me repair work will be done on the cost of the company. Now, i am trying hard to contact the person in charge but he is not attending my phone. I have also received many verification calls from phone no 0172-4604162. Now this phone is un attended. I have copy of agreement with reliance with me. As per agreement after three months they have to pay rent to me but till date i have not received any amount.
