Reliance Jio Infocomm 4G LTE Signals Not Available

I read in the news that Reliance Jio Infocomm, a JV of Reliance Industries and HFCL Connect have started 4G LTE Services Testing in certain areas of Mumbai and New Delhi.
I did a search on the net and found that Reliance Jio Infocom 4G LTE Tower locations and Maps for coverage is as published here. I have a 4G LTE enabled HTC Vivid Handset and was in the area of KAILASH NAGAR, Thane where I was supposed to get 4G LTE Broadband but my Phone didn’t detect the same.
Later I picked another firnd of mine who has a LG Optimus Handset and straight away headed to Ghansoli where Reliance has a Big Office. But even there in that vicinity Reliance Jio 4G broadband was not available. I request Reliance to enable the same so that even we consumers can start testing and provide feedback on the same.
