I have purchased a Tab from Home shop 18 company through telephone.But i didn’t like as it was a poor quality .as they agreed to refund as per their policy,i have already contacted their Customer Service via Telephone from 2 months more than 20 Times.They are just giving me a bogus assurance that soon we will refund,within 78 hours,etc,etc…… but still now no one has come to me for refund. Waiting for your reply.
