This is regarding my Order No. 941563373 & Suborder No. 74813259. I had ordered 2 units of Dr.Morepen health check combo of Rs.1999.00 each on march 2014. I paid for 2 units i.e. Rs4000.00 but received only 1 unit. I contacted them regarding issue but they didn’t responded. They responded after 4 months saying that they will provide me a partial refund of Rs. 1999 INR against the missing “1 Set of BP Monitor, Glucometer & Digital Thermometer Combo” on top priority, and that cheque for which shall be dispatched from their end within 6 working days and its been 1 month still I have not got the cheque. I tried contacting them and they have stopped responding, again.

I needed that money to pay some of my undue bills but then they did not refunded the money.
