Reliance jio 4g LTE does not deliver good speed, only 2G

My new reliance jio 4g LTE does not deliver good speed. I’m getting Only 2g speed on my handset model oppo F1 My Jio 4G Mobile no 7014243690. This problem is existing for long time . Please look into the issue ASAP. Request to solve this problem on an urgent basis.
