Jio Sim card activation problem after being offered to be activated soon?

Sir, my name is Atul and my problem is this that I had purchased a Jio Sim Card from Jio store in Hyderabad but in spite of offering welcome, the process is not complete. My number is 70126534XX.
I want this problem to be solved because I am facing many problems regarding my number that was distributed to relatives.
