I am resident of Hazira, surat. On 2nd Dec-16, I have brought one JIO Sim from their corporate fair held at ESSAR township. During that period I had submitted my address proof and photograph. they have not activated the sim even after one month. I have wrote several mails to their customer care.( complaint no #3196624). Now I am afraid what they are doing with my any address proof and pictures. And they are asking me for repeat the purchase procedure again with all the relevant documents
