I have been traveling from Vellankani to Chennai, there was a big board of Universal Travels, Agency / Travel agent name SRS, I just went to confirm the timing of the bus, Counter staff was so harsh, rude, he told me what can I do if u r having universal travels bus tickets. Don't ask me, bus will come when it has to come and where it has to come. Reason was I had booked the tickets online, so he was harsh, So why are the they holding such a big board of Universal Travels. I got message from the travels providing bus number KL01BX7963, dep 1200 and the bus was no where, and at 12:15 the bus comes with number 7565. And the driver of the bus was in full support of the harsh staff. My child was vomiting in bus but driver purposely didn't stop the bus. Worsen experience.
