Dear Sir/Madam, I Sameera Mujahid Shaikh as your present customer using the service. As I am unable to use Whatsapp and Facebook on your wifi services from 4th of December. All the other services are working except these two services kindly provide me the facility as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.
