Complaint Reliance Jio Wi-Fi Authentication Issues

When i want to connect Reliance Jio Infocomm wi-fi that time opened sign in page than i put my number 9509XX9148 into box and password also but it saying that it is wrong than i click on forgot password after i received a code but when i submit the code it is sending another code than saying please enter new code you have received. It has happen again & again today.

Reliance Jio engineers must look into these issues before releasing the product to lakhs of customers.
