Complaint regrading Reliance Jio 4G Unlimited Speedtest

The first complaint is Jio not receiving any complaint calls. I had bought lyf flame 2 phone with jio sim before 2 months for unlimited 4g offer. Until now, internet speed has been dropping everyday and from past 10 days, I am not even getting 2g speed. Apart from this, Jio customer care isnt receiving any of the calls so that I could register the complaint. And today I am getting a message that my internet speed has been reduced to 128 kbps. This is my Jio number 7011933327. Please resolve this asap or let me know what should i do ?
