Complaint against Reliance JioNet Not Connecting

In rajasthan district headquarter Nagaur I see jionet wifi tower where many person getting free wifi service with none of difficulty. But when I want to connect it not responding. Click on wifi -> showing wifi available network of jionet -> click on jionet it trying to connect but not connected and show network saved. Again I click on saved jionet network it trying to connect but not connected and shown authentication error occurred. Many time I restart my mobile and I also factory reset my Samsung galaxy grand i9082 mobile. But problem still there. Please tell me how to I use it.
