Good evening

I brought a sim card of JIO reliance services on 2nd Dec-16 from their corporate fair held at Essar Township, Hazira. During that time I had submitted Driving licence as address proof and photograph as proof requirement. They have not activated the SIM till now, its almost a month. I have tried to call their customer care and wrote several mails ( Ref no [#3196624])
Now they are asking me to visit their store again with proof and photographs. I am really worried what they have done with my earlier records of proof. kindly help me. they are not helping me to resolve the issue.
