Sir, I have Samsung j7 phone, and my mobile no.is 7547877038 which is registered my Jio app. state-bihar,city-patna. My jio barcode is 55580319349. I get a new jio sim card on 27-08-2016 . i did not alternet mobile no. at a time of taking sim card. but my jio sim card is not activate. So please activate my jio sim card. my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for activate my jio sim. and i give this time alterne mob no. 7782917665.
