have purchased my Reliance Jio lyf earth series mobile one from ROCKS WOLD, JAJPUR ROAD, DT-JAJPUR, ODISHA ON march 01,2016. RETAIL INVOICE TIN-21213601978. PURCHASING STORE HAS GIVEN THE JIO SIM ON 21-06-2016. BUT SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED STILL 0N DATE 25-06-2016.

I request Jio Customer Care officials to look into the issue and Activate my Mobile as soon as possible
