Complain about Jio Reliance for not activation of the Sim having a welcome offer?

I have purchased a Jio Sim but this is not activated after 12 days. My registration No. is 8804953XX and mobile No. is 70256398XX. So I am very troubled because of its charge that was Rs150 that I am unable to afford now.

Therefore I want the solution for the activation of the same Sim.

Please tell me what I should do for this.
