Application against Reliance Jio app for the Redemption of Barcode?

My name is Prakash and I have a HTC 830 phone. My phone number is 70565341XX, registered by Jio app and My Jio Barcode 555728486XX. But I have been told that the barcode has been redeemed to someone else. So I want to solve my problem.

Please tell me what should do to solve this.
