Wrong product deliver and they are not comming to get it back.

I have buy army benera company shoes from jabong online. I have payed them in cash on delivery. price of that all was rounded for 1446 but i pay 1450 and they dont gave back 4 rs. i have no minde for that but when i open and check the box. I was shocked that the shoes was not like which i saw on jabong website and till odering they show me photo of that shoes only but when product was deliver at that time it was totally different. another is on that shoes no company symboll and nothing is printed and shoes quality is also so poor. I think they made me fool and take away more money without giving good service. please help me. They have said to return it back in 7 days. there is a policy of jabong that if u find defect you can give back and get amount back in 7 days.i have already booked the return policy on the second day i got delivery. But 7 days are over and they are not giving any responses. My order details are BENERA
