Hi,
This is regarding my order in ShopClues with id: 177559645.
That was an order for 2 bedsheets, each for 640/- rs. They delivered 1 on 9th. They should deliver both packets, but instead only sent one.
On 18th I logged an issue. Today, after 10 days, they said I should have logged it within just 2 days and they cannot take it back, neither return my money back.
I want to return it and to get money for both items. The item delivered was even not used also.
