DEAR sir/madam,
I APPLIED ON WWW.XMOVILO.COM FOR ONLINE MOBILE OPPO F7 PURCHASE. THE EXECUTIVE FROM XMOVILO CALLED ME AND TOLD ABOUT APPROVAL OF MOBILE ON EMI AND TOLD ME ABOUT DOWN PAYMENT TO PAY RS.4607 ON MOBIKWIK AND I PAID IT TILL KNOW THEY DO NOT SEND ME MOBILE AND NOT THE PAYMENT REFUND. AS I APPLIED AS I PAID MONEY FOR DOWN PAYMENT-MOBILE ON EMI ON 11TH MAY,2018 BUT STILL I DID NOT GOT MOBILE AND NOT THE MONEY REFUND TILL TODAY.AS DETAILS FROM THE APPROVAL EMAIL FROM XMOBILO WITH APPLICATION ID IS GIVEN BELOW WITH DETAILS OF DOWN PAYMENT AND CONFORMATION. COVERSATION BETWEEN XMOVILO EXECUTIVE AND ME GOT 8-9 TIMES THEY FIST TOLD MOBILE WILL REACH U ON 14TH MAY, THEN AFTER I AGAIN CALLED TO XMOVILO SUPPORT NUMBER-08033923666, THEY TOLD ME WE GOT YOUR PAYMENT BUT STOCK GOT END WE WILL SEND YOU ON 21ST,MAY. THEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN ON 22ST,MAY. THEY TOLD ME YOUR ORDERED GOT CANCEL DUE TO LOW CBIL SCORE & YOU WILL GOT REFUND IN YOUR ACCOUNT ON 30TH,MAY BUT STILL, I DIDNT GOT THE REFUND TILL NOW APPEAL TO GRAHAK MANCH AGAINST XMOVILO TEAM REGARDING FRAUD COMMENTMENT AND FOR MONEY DEMAND WITH NO REFUND TILL NOW.
