Redund of Rs. 5000 and e cash of Rs. 10000 not received

I have booked a holiday package with Yatra (booking id - YH2334232 & YH2337527) where I had made an extra payment of Rs. 5,000/-, the refund of the same was agreed by yatra.com, I also have mail confirmation of refund but I'm still waiting for refund to be processed. People at yatra nare just fooling me past 2 months .
Also at the time of booking they had agreed to issue an e cash of Rs. 10000/- for the above booking, still i haven't receive any communication on the same. The service of yatra is shame and fraudulent
