Prepaid order placed on 23rd December 2022 and on 31st December. 2022 order status shown as product delivered.
We have not received any order, nor any courier services contacted us.
We raised a complaint on 1st January 2023, since then we are getting answer as after 48 hours issue will be resolved, daily we are calling customer service and getting same answer,
On January 11th received mail as product delivered OTP based hence issue resolved.
Now no one is responding to my issue and intentionally disconnecting my call.
Hope you will resolve my issue as soon as possible.
