Online shopping fraud by facebook marketplace

Narmatha pandey name seller has done fraud with me while showing she showed a nice dress but while coming at home cheap kurti came . I asked her about it she replied "There is some delivery mistake your dress will come after 3 days" .

After 5 days i asked her for my dress , she simply block me . Its a humble request to facebook to look into this matter and refund my money from her.

User's recommendation: After parcel coming at home first check it and then only gave the money.
