No response from company regarding my order and payment was done

Shopping Complaint Complaint Date: November 25, 2019
I have ordered the 3 shoes 2 days ago the payment was also done and my amount of Rs 1050 is also deducted from my account.
But I have not received any kind of confirmation mail from you.
I can't even see my order in my account.
Tried to contact you through helpline no.but I got no response from your side.
Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
