I have ordered (order# 90310484502, 11/03/2019)bookey and cake for my anniversary from Winni (www.winni.in).
I were shocked to see the order been delivered to me wasn't the same.
When I enquired this with Winni, they mentioned there is slight difference in the order and that is been mentioned in our terms and condition.
I am following up in the same for last 2 days to get the refund back, but they don't seem to agree.
