Clothes order not delivered by Berlin Fab online site

I ordered a few baby clothes using the https://berlinfab.co.in/ website with order no 51343 for Rs.2878.02 on 23rd July 2022. Still, I neither received any email of an order confirmation from Berlin Fab nor order is delivered to my doorstep. I have tried to call them with the toll-free number provided on their site but the number is not working. I have emailed them with the email provided in the Contact Us section of their site but did not receive any response from them.

It looks like it is a fake or fraudulent site. Please try to make them refund our money and ban the site.
