Cheating and selling above MRP

Hi,
I ordered grocery on a website called askmegrocery. where they had offer on horlicks which said Buy one and get one free. upon ordering and getting a confirmation the product was not delivered with the offer and also the product without the offer was over priced that means they are selling the product at 245 instead of 210. when i askedthe delivery boy for the product they took back the whole order saying they will bring it back with the offer of buy one and get one free. later i received a sms saying my order has been cancelled. Now they refuse to fulfill the order.

Also i would like to mention the order was cash on delivery.

I request you to kindly guide me on the same.

My major reason to file this is because the said askmegrocery.com should not cheat the general public
