Sir, I want to complain to a shopkeeper. Whose shop is named Om Communication, owned by Vishal Vats, whose number is 9896690039. On 03-03-2020, I had given 200 rupees advance to the shopkeeper to get a battery of Samsung Mobile. On 09-03-2020, he brought the battery of the company to someone else and he took 500 rupees from us and said that this battery is worth 700 rupees, I will give you the bill tomorrow. When today we went to collect the battery bill on 15-03-2020, he quarreled with us and said that I have all the goods without any bill, which I cannot pay you any bill.When I asked him to return the money, he refused to give the money and said that I will not return your money, and also kept the battery with him. Now you have no proof. Please take strict action against it as soon as possible. So that it does not cheat anyone else.
