Dear sir

I have ordered water jar dispencer product on 25th march 2021, but till not recieved. I got message that it was delivered but not. I had raise a ticket on paytm but no one contacted and no process to speak with customer help executive.i am facing very disgurbed on this type of harrasement, given no of delivery executive on tracking details is out of service by 2 days. I am fully confident it is fake. Please look into the matter and give assurance this type of behaviour never happen to any consumer. After paying money mostly companies never respond to thier customers , specially paytm.
