Water pipe Damage/leakage for new Purchased product

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Livepure water purifier in the month of June date 28th.Installation was on july 10th. We noticed that there is a water pipe damage/leakage inside the purifier. We informed to replace to the service engineer. He is not having spare. He promised to arrange soon but till now it not happened. Please take this issue seriuosly and log a complaint.
