They damaged the AC instead of repairing it. Poor services by urban company

Recently I booked a complaint through urban clap regarding the cooling issue of my AC. The engineer came and filled the gas without proper investigation the issue. He also took the full amount of Rs-3900.After a single day ac again started causing same issue , I again filled the complaint as after any issue/compliant they provide you a support of three months. Now no customer support no engineer is responding.
