Take Money Advance and Not work properly

Unprofessional behaviour and bad working.
He take advance payment and not working well. my photo size 12x18. he doing lot of mistakes not change my photo color as i told them and mention wrong date to my photo.

still he has taking a 3 days to make correction only for zero to my photo and still our correction is not done.

Please take action against him and refund my money.
