Symphony Aircoolers India - Repeated miscommitment from area sales head

My cooler caught fire and was burnt ,so I registered a complaint to Symphony after numerous attempt area sales head came with the technician and took the cooler for servicing and promised that it would be returned back in 2 weeks was not done.Again, had to put in the efforts and finally it was delivered back but was not repaired completely . I complained again and again got miscommitment from the technician and the area sales manager.Till date my cooler is not working for more than 2 months.Please resolve ASAP or else I will take a legal action
