We have got an project for electrical erection work in IOCL, Gujrat via contractor so we hired manpower supply agency for manpower, they have asked for 60K+GST as consulting fees and 78K + GST as security Deposit. But they have not provided the manpower as per contract and now we are cancelling the contract then they are not returning my amount.
