Ortel Communications Ltd. Not getting proper Broadband Service

I am using the Broadband Service of this company since 2013. But from last 1 year the company is giving very pathetic service. In a calendar month they goes offline approx 10-15 times. Now for 4/5 days I am giving complain regularly regarding modem Offline or slow browsing problem. But getting no conclusion. Same thing is going on.
