Lens is getting scratches within 8 months of use

I purchased cirzal sapphire 360⁰ UV anti reflective lenses but the are getting scratches by normal use only within 8 months of purchase.
According to your warranty policy,
Please exchange my lenses.
As sooner possible.
It's hard to go on with scratched lenses on eyes
