Samsung service center of Barrackpore is very bad service center,

every time i go to this service center the care-taker/ door assistant/ security check my phone,why? why that person start or restart my phone without any service knowledge?
anyway in regards of any reason I go to your barrackpore service center,everytime they asked me to change motherborad,in any case can not they repair? why you guys are fooling us by charging for the new parts when it can be repaired easily.
