Totally cheat customers take ₹30-₹10 per petrol filling

When I was go to this HP petrol pump, I says to fill petrol of ₹100 but he fills of ₹70. When I ask to him he says you say me to fill petrol of ₹100.
This is not done with me once,they cheat every time
Once they use silly words
