Mai Bihar rajya Ka ek nagarik hoon Maine student credit card yojana ke tahat loan apply Kiya hai mujhe loan apply kiye 1 maah se adhik ho Gaya hai parantu mere kaam me koi development nii dikh Raha hai. Mai jab v call karta hoon DRCC helpline number pe to hamaari baat nii Hoti koi call recieve nii karte hai and jab kv muskil se call recieve v hua to koi Puri jaankaari Nahi Di jaati hai
