Dear Sir,
I am Asis Kumar Ghosh, living at Pursuri village of Chandrakona-1 block of Paschim Medinipur district. As a farmer I have a little land and so I have applied for PM KISAN SAMMAN NIDHI. And I have got Rs. Four thousand in the month of August, 2021 for two installments which I have spent for agriculture.
On 30th November, 2021 I was appointed as a government employee and so in December I have applied for erasing me from the PM KISAN SAMMAN NIDHI at the Agriculture Development Office of Chandrakona-1. But still I have got Rs Two thousand for one more installment in January, 2022.
In February, 2022 I was informed from the AD Office that I must pay Rs Six thousand as the three installments I have got. I went to the AD Office to discuss about it but they refused to discuss and ordered me to pay the same money.
Now my question is that I have got two installments when I was unemployed and spent that for agriculture, so why have to pay it from my salary? What is the Regulation of the Central government about it?
