Respected sir my income certificate is made and it is of rupees 360000 ...there is no doubt that my family income is 360000. Many rich family in all district they are making low income certificate and they are taking wrong benefit of gov scholarship

I want to say that if I am eligible to get scholarship than why others. In Ranchi district many rich family make there certificate and without any check officer make there income certificate
