Did not get Gas Subsidy in my Account?

My LPG Id is 37500000026628889 Distributor Barabati Gas Cuttack City and Adhar Card No is 1040/10168/01048 and both have linked with my Account no-10861788155 State Bank of India(Main Branch) Cuttack Odisha.
I had booked one cylinder dated 13/05/2015 with consumer no. 10105 and Regd. no. 548374 & got the cylinder on 18-05-2015 vide receipt no 3000019884 dated 18-05-2015. But till date subsidy amount has not been deposited in my saving bank account. Kindly do the needful to get my subsidy.
